Sample 'Custom Font Projects'
FontWorld has assisted many in handling unique Custom Font requirements. Review a brief sample of our projects below...
The Nestlé Custom Font Project involved many of their product identification logos, and an innovative solution in meeting their Worldwide product packaging requirements.
The problem Nestle faced was overwhelming. They could not automate their Arabic product labeling because their database software and label printing equipment did not function with Arabic software.
FontWorld's CUSTOM FONT-LOGOS allowed Nestle Foods to access each of their product names with a simple keystroke. The Nestle Custom Font Project also including "product weight and freshness dates" in Arabic numerals.
This innovative solution fully automated Nestle product labeling, and no modification to their existing hardware or software was required.
The Estee Lauder Custom Font Project involved corporate logos, and developing solution in meeting their Worldwide product packaging requirements.
Estee Lauder is known worldwide for their quality cosmetics. When they required Custom Fonts to professionally market their products worldwide, they turned to FontWorld.

The prestigious FOLIO MAGAZINE is a publication devoted to magazine producers worldwide, with cutting edge information and special FOLIO Events.
When they required Custom Fonts to change the appearance of their LOGO, they turned to FontWorld, which provided Optically Enhanced and Optimized Font Modifications.
FOLIO Magazine had FontWorld redesign their Logo as a Type-1 typeface, optically enhanced and optimized in three size groups. FontWorld improved upon their original logo design, and included additional logos describing special FOLIO Events as "single-entry keystrokes". This was provided to FOLIO with rapid turn-around so they were able to meet their scheduled special FOLIO Events planned that summer.
FontWorld also created additional Custom Font Logos for FOLIO Magazine, including section headers and special logos for upcoming events.
The Republic of Belarus wanted to modernize its printing department and establish official State Newspapers in order to keep its citizens informed and give them a forum to express their opinions and concerns.
This was at the time when the Republic of Belarus declared their independence. People were striking for laws that were already enacted. The government needed to publish and inform its citizens of these new reforms.
The Belarus Government investigated different options in replacing their antique Linotype "hot metal-type" press with a more modern publishing system. They contacted all of the major computer manufacturers, who in turn referred them to FontWorld.
FontWorld provided to the Republic of Belarus a modern multiple language desktop publishing system, complete with custom fonts, desktop publishing software, laser printers, Apple Macintosh computers, and expert training to get them up-to-speed in using modern computers.
The Belarus State Newspaper "Republica" was created with FontWorld's assistance. As a result, the devastating strikes which had hampered the emerging Belarus economy, ended. FontWorld's multiple language publishing system represented the first introduction of Apple Macintosh into the Republic of Belarus.
FontWorld is proud of our contributions to the 'Gates to the Talmud' Project -an authentic retypesetting and replication of the Vilna Talmud.

The prestigious PUBLISH MAGAZINE features an exciting illustrative six-page feature article on this historic publishing project.
Representing over 15,000 pages, the Gates to the Talmud project has been described as one of the greatest restoration publishing projects ever attempted.
