What is Arabic Text Shaping?
Tasmeem intrduces a totally new approach to design: personalized font configuration. Text shaping covers the same caligraphic parameters as word shaping, but in a more generic manner. Text shaping is designed to handle letter variation for large amounts of text.
In Tasmeem, the text shaping tools allow you to apply on selected text, predefined word shaping effects. In Tasmeem Publisher, you can also EDIT your own style and apply it whereever you want.

What are CATCHWORDS?
A catchword in a book is the word at the bottom right hand side of the last line of a page, which repeats the first word of the following page.
It is used to avoid the interruption of the Quran text reading, by anticipating what will be read on the next page, while the page is turning.
