FontWorld ships with either Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your shipment is prepared for delivery, 
you will receive an email with the TRACKING NUMBER, so you can monitor delivery progress at FedEx.com or UPS.com using this tracking number.
NOTE: some products may be delivered by EMAIL or DOWNLOAD LINK.
Should their be any damage of shipment, please contact us immediately, and you must save your packaging material. This is required for insurance purposes by FedEx or UPS. Should there be damage and you didn't save shipping material, we may not be able to recover your costs. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery of product(s).
We do not offer Return policy. We incur costs importing these products for you, plus the Import Duties and Delivery related costs. Make sure before you order that you specify the exact product you require, indicating Macintosh or Windows, and the specific package type.
In event you ordered wrong product, we "may" be able to assist you, but this is not assured. Under such situation, you would incur possible re-stocking costs, plus return shipping, and other related costs.
